The neighboring Muslim countries to Syria are required to do the following: Find a safe buffer zone in which children, women, the sick, the wounded, the youth and others will meet. Prevent the take off of military aircrafts which are bombing relentlessly. Impose an embargo on the weapons that reach the regime. Train people and grant them weapons to defend themselves. Find a shelter in order to deliver food products, treat the wounded and bury the dead. Cut the relationships immediately with Russia and Iran who have sent soldiers, snipers and weapons and helped to cause more victims and murder the unarmed people. Open the neighboring borders of Syria in order to facilitate the exit of the inhabitants and secure the roads for them. Unify the stance towards the UN and put an end to the initiative of Kofi Annan. Provide all the requirements of a decent life for Syrians abroad. Provide full support for the Free Syrian Army and the National Syrian Council. Close the embassies of Syria and hand them over to the National Council and acknowledge it. Opt for air strikes against the tanks, military aircrafts and prohibit the passage of military ships that carry weapons to the oppressor regime there.

Syria needs urgent aid and support from the Arabs. The Humanitarian Affairs in the United Nations must intervene and support the Syrian people. Also, all the different parties in Syria must cooperate to help get the humanitarian aid to the Arab Syrian people, whether they are in the Syrian Regular Army or the Free Army. All the organizations should be helped in order for aid to get to the Syrian people. The General Secretary of the Arab League must intensify his movements to assist the Syrian people, as he must demand that Damascus allow the entry of urgent humanitarian assistance to the Arab Syrian people. Also, he should call on the Syrian government to stop the violence and call on Bashar Al-Assad to step down from the rule and to stop the killing and destruction. The General Secretary of the Arab League, in cooperation with the General Secretary of the United Nations, must urge the world to take an immediate position to resolve the problem of Syria. The Arab and the international silence has encouraged the Syrian government to commit massacres against the innocent people. So, condemnation and denunciation are not enough. The procedures should be to take action against the cowardly and oppressive Syrian regime. The state of Syria, which used to be safe, is now facing the most heinous methods of repression, killings, devastation and destruction.
