Syrian President Bashar al-Assad appointed Wael al-Halqi as the country's new prime minister, AFP reported Thursday (August 9th).

State television announced that Assad appointed al-Halqi, the former health minister, to replace Riyad Hijab, whose defection to the armed opposition was confirmed on Wednesday.

Al-Halqi was born in 1964 in the southern province of Deraa, where the uprising broke out in March 2011. He is a father of four and holds a degree in medicine from the University of Damascus.

Human beings murder their brothers who came from their mothers and fathers. They also kill their fathers when they fight over money or properties. This money and leadership have made leaders like monsters. Monsters are more merciful than them.

The international community must deal with the genocidal war in Syria, but unfortunately the world is not moving, except with the game of interests, and it does not care about what is happening. The world has revealed its terrible face after letting the massacres occur with no realistic intervention. So the criticism and the condemnation are not enough. They must want stability for Syria once again. Everyone must move in order to serve the free Syrian community. A joint effort must occur for the Syrians.

We strongly condemn all the crimes committed by the rascal Bashar Al-Assad against the brave and struggling Syrian people. What this scoundrel Bashar al-Assad is committing has become a major crime against the entire Syrian people that no human being can bear. So what this rascal Bashar Al-Assad has done in terms of killing, destruction and the use of the Syrian army, is that he has ordered them to launch missiles, rockets and bombs to strike and eradicate the Syrian people. However, the Free Syrian Army did not stand by to watch and see what his treacherous colleagues were doing; they have stood like heroes beside the Syrian people to defend and save them from that rascal, Bashar Al-Assad, until they can rescue them from all the suffering that they are enduring because of the ruling of that unjust man in the presidency of the Syrian state. That mentally deranged man thought that it belonged to him. That rascal cannot even manage to govern the government departments so that he could rule the Pearl of the Arabs, Syria. The Syrian people are really suffering from that rascal and his heinous deeds against them, in terms of killing and slaughtering them and their families. With no doubt, they have lost many beautiful sensations due to this scoundrel, who filled their lives with a lot of sadness and grief. These people have greatly suffered because of what is being done to them by Bashar Al Assad; we all deplore the crimes he has committed.

It is prohibited (unaccepted) that you take a post in the regime after all what took place! What have those before you left then?

Bashar, you who have no feeling and no compassion, what have these poor people done to deserve to have you kill them in this brutal manner? You don't have any kind of sense, or any kind of feeling or a heart. You tyrannical, corrupted oppressor, fear God and go back to your conscience to avoid regret the day when regret will have no place, when you find yourself in your tragic end, God willing, and when you find yourself held for the punishment on the day of resurrection.

I ask the international community to strive in order to prevent the massacres in Syria and that is through the confrences between all the countries to stop the massacres and bloodshed, and displacement of the children and youth in Syria. Therefore, the international community should exert all efforts for the sake of peace in Syria in order so that it will rise and will be developed.

I ask all the Arab countries, whether those supporting Syria wholeheartedly and those that don't support it by any means, and the western countries for a quick military intervention to save the innocent Syrians from the hands of the oppressive dog, Bashar al-Assad from what he is doing against the innocent Syrians!
