Kuwait is drafting a law aimed at incriminating hate speech, Kuwait's Al-Rai reported Saturday (August 4th).

According to the newspaper, the government is preparing a law to incriminate hate speech because it has begun to spread in recent years.

The law will be applied to all mass media, social networking websites and the internet and seeks to incriminate those who raise sectarian, provincial or social strife, the newspaper said.
