I congratulate the Iraqi security forces on achieving progress and they should not suffice with this, but they should make more progress and depended on the youth in order to add vitality to the security forces. I ask God to protect our brothers in Iraq from all evils that may afflict them because of these criminal groups in Iraq. The security forces must be reinforced in order to face the dangers and threats that are posed by the terrorist movements. We ask God to save the Iraqis from all manifestations of terrorism in their home and cause them to lose their beloved ones and homes. Al-Qaeda currently kills the people of the Iraqi tribes because it is a campaign with sectarian, national, religious, or racist nature. They threaten the national security and unity and encourage terrorism in Iraq. the terrorists seek to find any place for them and shier soldiers in Iraq, but God made them an example to the whole world thanks to the efforts of the security forces that managed to confront them and their crimes that paralyzed life and killed the smile of the children and shutting the lights when the Iraqis want to be happy. I happily ad proudly congratulate the Iraqi army for its efforts in destroying Al-Qaeda terrorist organization in Iraq. Congratulation to the Iraqi people for having such honorable and brave soldiers.

The Iraqi people have suffered greatly because of the terrorist attacks and the extremist movements which are very significant threats to its security and the security of the Iraqi citizens. The imminent risk of terrorism has been surrounding the State of Iraq recently, which occupied much the Iraqi Forces to restore the grace of security to the Iraqi citizen and the most terrorist operations that represent a direct threat to the security of the State of Iraq. It is the suicide operations especially the explosive operations in which they use the car bombs. The Iraqis have suffered greatly because of these car bombs that make terrible explosions resulting in the death of many Iraqi citizens without any reason and without any guilt. What is the guilt of the innocent people to be killed in this abhorrent way followed by the terrorist and extremist movements that work on attacking the vital buildings in the State and do not care about the lives of the Iraqi citizens who live in those buildings, or located next to them, or the lives of the foreign nationals working in such facilities and threatened by death by the foreign policy of the State of Iraq? Therefore, Iraq would be bearing substantial additional burdens on its economy and policies. We ask Allah to forgive all of the martyrs who died while defending their homelands and the security of their people against every extremist terrorist that tried to undermine the security of the State. May God protect Iraq and the people of Iraq and bless them with the grace of security always in accordance with the Iraqi Forces to protect the Iraqi State and the Iraqi people. Long live Iraq, free and independent, while we all deplore what has happened in the State of Iraq by this terrorist group known as Al-Qaeda and we call on all the States to confront it strongly to eliminate it completely.
