Gunmen killed the bodyguard of Information Minister Ali Ahmed al-Amrani in an attack in Sanaa on Thursday (August 2nd), AFP reported.
Gunmen opened fire on the minister's car when it stopped opposite a pharmacy in the capital. Al-Amrani was not in the car at the time.
On January 31st, al-Amrani survived an attack as he emerged from government headquarters.

There are many negative aspects that aroused because of the presence of Al-Qaeda in Yemen. First, many projects were destroyed completely and they would have been able to change the conditions of the Yemenis. Many citizens in southern Yemen were displaced because of the criminal acts of sabotage that are carried out by Al-Qaeda in Yemen. Al-Qaeda is a disgraceful image for us and it caused much harm to the Muslims before others.
