The Iraqi citizens’ protection and providing them with the safety and the security is a great responsibility of the honest Iraqi Government officers. Therefore, all the officials in the Iraqi Government must find the most important ways and put the most important plans to get rid of all the dangers surrounding the Iraqi territory to bring the security and the safety back to the noble Iraqi land. The provision of the security on the Iraqi streets is the greatest commitment of the men of the Iraqi Government and there must be no neglect in it because many lives are linked to the achievement of this precious goal. The young people are the treasure of the nation and they must be protected from every aggressive enemy no matter what it costs so that the country will not regret about what has been passed.

The Iraqi Government has been able, in record time, to form security and military forces that have been developed and armed at full speed. They were able to stand up in the face of the terrorist organizations. The government has taken some other security measures through which it has managed to protect the departments and the institutions of the State, making the terrorist organizations unable to commit criminal acts against the State institutions because of the strict control, the security fortifications and the wide security deployment in those places which prevented the opportunity for these organizations to do their acts of sabotage against the State. Hence, they turn to implement another plan, which is targeting the innocent civilians in order to cause confusion and dissension in the communities as a result of these criminal acts that will weaken the government's performance. Indeed, the terrorist organizations have implemented criminal acts in the residential areas, especially in the markets, schools, and usurers intended for the transport of passengers as well as other places crowded with people. This shows their inability to reach their goals, which they came for. Today, they are surrounded by the security agencies and the citizens. Every single one of them has become a security guard watching every stranger or anyone who raises suspicions, and tells the security agencies stationed in the residential areas immediately in order to verify his identity and ensure the safety of his situation.
