Saudi Arabian officials released 175 individuals from custody after they completed the Munasaha programme, which is devoted to rehabilitating militants, AFP reported Saturday (February 18th.)

"The graduation of the 25th group of attendees, some 175 individuals, came after positive indications were received that they have benefited from the sharia, security, social, psychological, sports and artistic programmes, courses and seminars that they attended," a security spokesperson told AFP.

Another 200 individuals are scheduled to start the course at the Prince Mohammed Ben Nayef Centre for Counselling and Care next week after the necessary procedures are completed in preparation for their release.
