Tuma al-Timimi, an Iraqi judge, his wife and daughter were killed Saturday (April 30th) when three bombs placed outside their home exploded in the pre-dawn hours, wire services reported.
Al-Timimi, a judge at a west Baghdad court, was killed at him home in Taji north of the capital, said Abdul-Sattar Bayrkdar, the spokesman for Iraq's Supreme Judicial Council. Al-Timimi was active in fighting terrorism, possibly the reason he was targeted for death, Bayrkdar said.
